At LOOM SAREES, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-woven textiles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your saree arrives with any defects or is not what you expected, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason.

• 2.
  Verification & Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the product is eligible for return in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully fold the saree and place it back into its original packaging with all tags, blouses, and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Hand over the package to our designated courier partner; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
